Off to our local farm shop to check out the plans for Christmas veg. Really lovely little place with tea rooms and ducks..not to mention the peacocks!
Christmas has to be my favourite time of the year or more specifically, the lead up to christmas. My Christmas craft prep started around August after planning a special home made gift for a family member (more about this once the gift has been given!). This has moved into some Christmas cards and a few handmade decorations however nothing spells christmas (or smells like Christmas!) as much as a real tree. This brewing our first Christmas in our new home, we really want to make it extra special. My fabulous husband kindly allowed me to pick our tree, and after thorough checking, we decided on one at last…the only problem being it wasn’t wrapped in netting. No problems says the hubby and off he trots with tree in hand!
After a little bit of Christmas magic, a mug of hot chocolate and The Santa Claus movie our living room looks much more festive.
Some soon to be cards..
